  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding holidays. Orders placed after the order cut-off time (5:00 PM EST) will be processed the next business day.

  1. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Transit time: 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday). Total estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days, depending on customer location. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays beyond our control.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

  1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order using the provided tracking number through the carrier’s website.

  1. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  1. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us for assistance. Lost packages due to carrier errors will be investigated, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  1. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging to process a claim.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are available for eligible products. Please visit our Return Policy for more details.
